All SB.TV Clothing products are dispatched within 1-3 working days via 1st Class Recorded Mail so you should allow up to 4/5 working days max for delivery. If you still haven't received your product by that time then get in touch using the contact form on this site.
For the Love Bullets accessories please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch, generally you should receive these items within 8 working days. If you order a Love Bullets accessory with an SB.TV clothing product then the two items will be dispatched separately.
How can I exchange or refund my item(s)?We offer refunds on faulty/damaged products within a 21 day period from the date of your order. Any faulty/damaged products must be returned before the refund can be processed, if you wish to file for a refund then please contact us by using the contact page. We cannot be held responsible for any returns postage charges or if the item is lost in transit so we recommend all items are sent via a recorded delivery service.
